Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals
Provide guidance to leaders and support employees on HR related topics
Own, update and manage a full employee life cycle from attraction to separation
Together with a recruiter implement best recruitment and employer branding practices
Manage employee relations and act as a trusted people advisor to management in order to build and maintain a high performing and engaged team
Support HR policies and procedures based on Lithuanian labor law
Manage HR data and records, including employee files and HR reports
Organize and implement internal events, workations and other internal engagement activities

3+ years of Human Resource experience (bonus points for IT or tech company experience)
University degree in Organizations Psychology, HR Management or related field
Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, Comp&Ben, Performance Management)
Demonstrated experience advising management in an HR capacity
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
English language skills

Monthly salary range is 2976 - 3967 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies

Managing development tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Jira)
Administrating office network (wifi, vpn, radius, etc.)
Patching and upgrading servers (>70 linux server farm)
Writing infrastructure as code using shell scripting (Puppet)
Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
Communication and work with system administrators who maintain hardware

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of SRE
Experience with configuration and automation tools (Puppet ,GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
