HR Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals
- Provide guidance to leaders and support employees on HR related topics
- Own, update and manage a full employee life cycle from attraction to separation
- Together with a recruiter implement best recruitment and employer branding practices
- Manage employee relations and act as a trusted people advisor to management in order to build and maintain a high performing and engaged team
- Support HR policies and procedures based on Lithuanian labor law
- Manage HR data and records, including employee files and HR reports
- Organize and implement internal events, workations and other internal engagement activities
Desired skills & experience
- 3+ years of Human Resource experience (bonus points for IT or tech company experience)
- University degree in Organizations Psychology, HR Management or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, Comp&Ben, Performance Management)
- Demonstrated experience advising management in an HR capacity
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
- English language skills

- Monthly salary range is 2976 - 3967 euros gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies
