IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems and database activities
  • Deal with customer requests and inquiries
  • Track issue solving progress
  • Help customers via emails, chats or calls
  • Ensure excellent customer experience

Requirements

  • Education within IT area
  • Desire to improve in IT
  • Ability to present information clearly
  • Quick and analytical detail-oriented mindset
  • Desire to assist clients and colleagues in problem solving
  • Ability to work independently
  • English skills

Preferred

  • Experience within IT area (systems testing, support, etc. is a big plus)
  • Knowledge in MySQL, server monitoring, Jira
